9- Do team/technicians/managers have the training/skills to correctly interpret the test results?
10- Have all the systems been fully tested as an integrated/interoperable system as they will operate under regular/abnormal conditions? (Yes = good)
11- Does testing show continuing/repeated/unreliable results/unresolved safety issues? (No= green)
12- Does the product/service have functions that nobody understands what they do? (Yes = red)
13- Is QA doing enough and appropriate testing to ensure product’s success? (No = red)
