17-Are 30% or more of the key positions vacant? (Yes = bad)
18-Are 70% or more of the key action commitments completed on schedule or progressing adequately? (Yes = good)
19-Is SM pleased with the progress being made? Is progress occurring at the right speed? (Yes = good)

Are numbers misrecorded in spreadsheets?
Are cut and paste errors being made when formulas are being copied into other spreadsheets?
Are the correct arithmetic (+ and -) signs being used in the spreadsheets?
Are the correct spreadsheets (e.g., version) being linked together?
Are the correct macros being applied?
