5 – Does the organization’s investment group feel comfortable with this project?
6 – Is the firm experiencing external budget problems?
7 – Were funding sources identified and approached before the project was launched?
8 – Can support groups fund the request if the project team cannot?
9 – Are (were) decisions well documented?
10 – Is the contingency sufficient for this project now and into the future?
11 – (For international projects): Are window contracts being used to lock in purchases at a fixed foreign currency rate?
12 – Is overrun approval required if the project is estimated to outstrip its budget?
13 – Does (is) the firm’s partner sharing the project’s cost?
14 – Are the ultimate costs known?

7 – Supervisors receiving products/services review and sign time sheets?
