3. The issues to be covered, questions to consider, materials to be reviewed.
4. Leader comes prepared to take notes and does so during the meeting.
5. The meeting has a specific start time and duration.
6. All attendees arrive on time and are well prepared.
7. Leader has control at all times.
8. The meeting outcome is clear.
9. Established due dates are assigned.
10. Meeting minutes are issued promptly and in writing.
11. All attendees understand decisions and tasking.
12. Appropriate audio/video support equipment and handouts are on hand.
13. Meeting ends on time, whether or not the agenda has been met.
