CUSTOMER ( IMPLEMENTATION & QUALITY)


IMPLEMENTATION:

1 – Are the intended benefits achievable?
2 – Are customer(s) training needs addressed?
3 – Is any retraining required?
4 – Does the project team appear weak when dealing with customers?
5 – Are ongoing maintenance needs addressed? * Is team in-place before roll-out?
6 – Can the customer sustain the project (or its products) after delivery?
7 – Can this customer pay us for services/ deliverables rendered?
8 – Will/ did the customer get the instruction manual before or at same time as product/ service arrives?
9 – Do (does) the project’s solutions integrate with whatever (equipment/ hardware/ software/ process) the customer already uses?
10 – Is the customer ok with the way the new system operates?
11 – Did the customer have a representative communicate with the project team?
12 – Does firm observe how customers unpack, set-up and use the project/ equipment? (Yes = good)
13 – Is the customer using the product/ equipment differently than the plan? (Yes = blue)
14 – If computer simulator training is possible – will customers train with realistic computer simulators – that imitate the actual look and feel of real jobs/ products/ equipment)? (Yes = good)
15 – Are the customers’ people using the product/ equipment in the same way? (No = blue)
16 – Do customers properly use or understand the equipment as it’s currently designed? (No = blue)
17 – Are customers placing too much trust in the new system (at the expense of human judgement)? (Yes = blue)
18 – Does SM/ PM/ QA trust the results being reported? (No = bad)
19 – With respect to practical performance, can the customer feel any difference between the current product and the new project? (No = good)
20 – Does customer submit complicated requests that take a long time to accommodate? (Yes = blue)

1 – The customer has its own standards?
2 – Ongoing improvement is recognized? *
3 – Is this project critical to this customer?
4 – Project’s deliverables meet the customer(s) standards?
5 – Is the customer ethical?
6 – Will project be compatible with future company products?
